Yes. A free listing includes your profile page, contact details, map pin and customer reviews. Our paid plans — Local Pro and Local Plus — add extras like more categories, more photos, unlimited enquiries and customer requests.
Customers leave a star rating and pick quality tags (On time, Fair price, etc.) along with their suburb. You can filter reviews by suburb to see what locals near you say.
Go to your Business Dashboard to edit details or deactivate your listing. You can permanently delete your account and listing from Account Settings.
Make sure your listing is active and your service areas cover the suburb a customer is searching. Inactive or incomplete listings may not appear.
Verification is reviewed for active listings with a complete profile — name, categories, address and contact details. The verified badge shows locals you're a real, trusted business.
