When you create an account we collect your name and email. If you list a business, we store the listing details you provide (including ABN where supplied). We also store reviews you submit, businesses you save, and customer requests or enquiries you post. For 'Post What You Need' requests we store only an approximate location (suburb, state, postcode) — never your private contact details.
We use your information to show listings, enable reviews and saved businesses, match customer requests to businesses, and keep the platform working. We don't sell your personal information.
Business listing details are shown publicly so locals can find and contact you. Your account email is not shown to other users unless you choose to display it as a listing contact. Customer request details are shared only with matched businesses through the platform; your private contact details are never included in a request.
We may email you about enquiries you receive or send, responses to your customer requests, and your subscription or trial status. These are service messages; you can delete your account to stop them.
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles your card details — we do not store full card numbers on our servers. We store your subscription plan and status so we can show your entitlements.
We collect aggregated, business-level analytics (such as profile views, contact clicks and request matches) so business owners can see their results and we can improve the platform. These counts are not linked to individual customer identities where avoidable.
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account and associated listings, saved businesses and reviews at any time from Account Settings — this permanently removes your data. Some anonymous analytics counts may be retained.
We use cookies to keep you signed in and basic analytics to understand how the platform is used, so we can improve it.
